Crepes & Lox


My friend Kate (better known as Tejeda) came over to do some more crepe experimentation.  Crepes with smoked salmon and cream cheese is one we both enjoy so we decided to see what we could do.  The results were delicious.

There is really no recipe to these as you should use each ingredient to your liking.

Smoked Salmon Crepe with Cream Cheese & Capers
Ingredients
basic crepe batter
smoked salmon
cream cheese
capers
thinly sliced red onion (optional)
